All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

PICK UP SERVICE
Our limited hours are Mondays-Thursdays 10:00am - 3:00pm; Fridays and Saturdays 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. We are closed Sundays.
We may ask for an approximate pick up time. This allows us to plan our strict schedule of the order in which to complete our orders each day. If you need to pick up much earlier than you planned or need to reschedule, please contact us right away so we can make sure to have your order without a hitch.
